The March for Life – o Holy and Peaceful Fight for Future

In the blessed day of Saturday, 22th March 2012, all denominations from Timişoara celebrated life by  attending the March for Life. This simultaneously in 40 cities of the country event wanted to be a cry on behalf of the right to life, which God has given to every man, regardless of size, color or social status and especially equally given  to unborn babies!

It is the fourth consecutive year when Romania produce this miraculous awakening of consciences  like nowhere in the world. The truth of innocent bleeding through abortion can not be hidden anymore – it has crossed the unthinkable limit before God. No European nation approaches the Romanian abortion rate that exceeds 30 % of total pregnancies.

At one time our own conscience becomes the roughest judge, say those who have had intimate experiences with God or who have experienced conversion.

These wonderful pro-life people – the organizers of the March – made an spontaneously effort without much strategic calculations in advance, simply feeling the call to fix something while there is still time.

In Timisoara were present representatives of the Roman Catholic Church, Greek Catholic Church, Orthodox Church, Baptist Church, Pentecostal Church and Reformed Church,  also Provita Medica Association and Esther Foundation, Senator Ioan Iovescu. Betel Church’s fanfare accompanied the march all the way with sounds of joy and cheerfulness, creating the atmosphere of jubilee and triumph in honor of life! In the end played the Philadelphia Children’s Choir and Kwasizabantu Youth Choir. After PS Alexander thanked all those who engage in the defense of life, followed by Mons.  Johann Dirschl, General Vicar of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Timisoara. At the Ortodox Cathedral Fr. Silviu Damșe uttered a prayer for unborn babies.

We present some excerpts from the speeches:

Father Rolf, who was ordained at Fatima and at age 3 wanted to become a priest: ” The Triumph of the Heart Foundation is working for 20 years in honor of Our Lady of Fatima who said that her Immaculate Heart will triumph. First, we, the Church and the state have to recognize our fault that we have aborted millions of children. We can not build a new future without oficially acknowledge our fault. There is no future for Romania or Europe if now, during fasting, we do not repent and ask God to give us solutions for the future. Unceasing, here in Europe and worldwide we crucify God’s plans, through our behavior we seek death.

May God send us children that would not be aborted and that can change the future of the world! God had a calling for each of these aborted children. Many from these children that could open us the way towards future are dead. That is why we have these problems in Russia, Ukraine, Crimeea because we forbid God to give us a happy future.

Therefore you, young people,  have the courage to give birth to children! Get involved so that God can build the new future of the world. And He will do this with the help of Mary, the Mother of God.”

Alex Neagoe, pastor at Bethel : „In Timisoara Christians began to rediscover the things we have in common with each other and I’m especially glad that I found here in Timisoara that we share the celebration of life in Christ. For the March for Life celebrates life.

We believe that life is a blessing from God and we are called to protect this blessing. (… )

God bless Romania with more sensibility in this matter, may He give us the grace to assume an attitude of real repentance in relation to what would have not should happen over these many years: the equivalent of today’s nation was murdered!” VIDEO, speech Alex Neagoe

Fazakas Reformed Pastor: „the freedom of cohabitation forms, sustained in the world, want anything else but this man created by God to lose the sense of holy life and refuse the fruit of the womb, which we know is a blessing. Breaking this fruit means breaking the blessing, which leads to lack of respect for God, disrespect for nature, for our neighbor and for ourselves. We are not the judges of our own life, but we will be judged and we will receive the reward for everything we have done in this earthly life, both for the good and for the bad.

The command „you shall not kill” defends life from conception to death. Defend life, defend the family, father and mother and not parent number  1 and 2, as America practices, defend the man created man and woman and not those who considere themself with undefined sex. Child’s rejection as fruit and blessing represents the hidden denial of the future on all sides of a society. This march is a holy and peaceful fight for life and for future. „

Alexei Ghiță, president of Esther Foundation: „In this march we beat the drum: life is sacred, it belongs to God and must be defended !…. Life has priority because it is from God. A man does not become human,  he is human. „

Pastor Viorel Țuț: „the march had this goal, to raise the nation’s awareness. We are here today to say to our own politicians not to vote against the laws of God, for these do not change. ” VIDEO, speech Viorel Tut

Senator Iovescu: „I was coming to this march anyway, even uninvited. ( Him worked at the20/72 law to facilitate the adoption phenomenon. ) „

Marius Cimpoae, pastor : „Today thousands of people in Timisoara and other 39 cities fight for a single cause : Life. I am the way, the truth and the life, said Lord Jesus Christ. And we are ambassadors of Christ who came to defend life.

All revolutions have not started from up, from the leaders, but from people, many of them anonymous. We hope that the alarm we sounded today to be heard at the highest levels….

and we hope that the day will come when we will not have to march for life anymore!”
